Cocoa Beach is one of the most condo-dense communities on Florida’s east coast, and that creates very specific security demands. HOA lock restrictions are common—many condo associations require that exterior door hardware meet specific finish or brand standards, and some prohibit drilling for additional locks on unit doors.
